Authorize the Mayor and Finance Officer to enter into a covenant agreement for the ownership and maintenance of stormwater facilities in Discovery Subdivision. The ownership and maintenance responsibilities will be assigned to the owners of the future commercial lots. Having the City as a party to the agreement ensures that the agreement cannot be removed without the City’s consent. |
